What you'll do

  • Design, configure, and upgrade low to medium complexity business systems and applications.
  • Develop and implement practical solutions for complex technical problems and business challenges.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and internal process designs.
  • Lead the estimation of enhancement requests and guide workflow design for business systems.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support for end-users.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and software vendors to align system changes with business needs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to provide mentorship and technical guidance to peers.
  • Monitor and update security policies and procedures in accordance with audit requirements.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions in an application analyst or project delivery role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and strong computer skills including internet navigation and email usage.
  • Experience configuring business systems software in a life science, healthcare, or related industry (preferred).
  • Demonstrated working knowledge with SAP GRC modules such as RAR, CUP, SPM, and EAM (preferred).
  • Demonstrated security experience on multiple SaaS solutions such as BTP, IAS/IPS, SAC, Datasphere, and IBP (preferred).
  • Ability to architect and design SAP security solutions for critical business processes utilizing best practices (preferred).
