Senior Principal Computer Systems Analyst, Windows/Linux

What you'll do

• Oversee and lead the reliable operations of multi-user computer systems in a classified environment.
• Analyze customer requirements to determine specific equipment and software solutions for technical problems.
• Implement system enhancements, including automation, patching, monitoring, and configuration management.
• Manage routine backup and recovery services, file systems, disk space, and virus protection.
• Test and oversee new product releases to ensure compatibility and minimize user impact.
• Lead the development and documentation of technical processes and procedures.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across software, firmware, hardware, networks, and applications.
• Mentor professionals to grow and develop technical talent within the organization.

What we're looking for

• Must have an Associate’s degree with 10 years of experience, Bachelor’s with 8 years, Master’s with 6 years, PhD with 4 years, or High School with 12 years.
• Must possess a current Government Top Secret security clearance with a closed investigation date within the last 6 years or be enrolled in Continuous Evaluation.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Special Access Program (SAP/SAR) clearance.
• Must hold a valid Security+ certification to meet U.S. Government 8140 requirements.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must have experience designing and maintaining Windows domain architectures, including Active Directory, GPOs, and permissions in a classified environment.
• Experience with Windows Server Administration, including DNS, DHCP, and LDAP (preferred).
• Experience operating systems within NISPOM, RMF, STIG, JAFAN, or JSIG environments (preferred).
