Your daily tasks include working with DC-DC power converters, custom transformers and inductors, solar arrays, and lithium-ion batteries to ensure efficient power management across various satellite subsystems such as ion propulsion and laser optical links. The role requires expertise in magnetics design, planar magnetics, and familiarity with high voltage and current ranges from low voltage to kV levels and powers from 1W to many kW.
