Senior People Technology Analyst, Learning

What you'll do

• Convert business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, process flows, and success measures.
• Direct the configuration, testing, deployment, and refinement of Workday Learning tools and features.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and insights to support learning operations and business decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to personalize learning and reduce administrative effort.
• Provide production support and issue resolution while identifying root causes for scalable improvements.
• Partner with IT and vendors to support integrations, data flows, and platform governance.
• Support change management, communications, and training for new learning technology capabilities.
• Maintain documentation including product requirements, process maps, test scripts, and project plans.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in HR technology, learning technology, HRIS, or product operations.
• 3 years of experience in Workday configuration, including at least 2 years specifically in Workday Learning configuration.
• Ability to convert business needs into requirements, user stories, process flows, and scalable technology solutions.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional collaborators across People, IT, business teams, vendors, and end users.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and suggest scalable solutions using data and reporting.
• Working knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance considerations related to employee data.
• Experience with Workday Talent, Performance, Skills Cloud, or similar talent functionalities (preferred).
