Senior People Technology Analyst, Learning

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end Workday Learning platform to deliver a seamless digital learning experience for employees.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, user stories, process flows, and scalable solution concepts.
• Develop and maintain the roadmap for learning technology by balancing business priorities with technical feasibility.
• Configure and manage Workday tools including campaigns, courses, programs, and automated messaging systems.
• Integrate AI and automation to personalize learning, improve content discovery, and reduce administrative effort.
• Create reports, dashboards, and data insights to track adoption, compliance, and business decision-making.
• Provide production support and resolve technical issues while identifying root causes for long-term improvements.
• Manage documentation including project plans, test scripts, release notes, and training materials for new capabilities.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in HR technology, learning technology, HRIS, or product operations.
• 3 years of Workday configuration experience, including at least 2 years specifically in Workday Learning configuration.
• Ability to convert business needs into requirements, user stories, process flows, and scalable technical solutions.
• Experience using data, reporting, and user feedback to prioritize improvements and measure impact.
• Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance considerations related to employee data.
• Experience with Workday Talent, Performance, Skills Cloud, or similar talent functionalities (preferred).
• Experience with LMS platforms like LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, Cornerstone, Degreed, or similar tools (preferred).
