Senior People Technology Analyst

What you'll do

• Manage and configure Workday Recruiting as the core platform for the recruiting ecosystem.
• Develop a technology roadmap by balancing business priorities, user needs, and technical feasibility.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable solution builds, including user stories and process flows.
• Integrate and optimize third-party tools like Paradox, Gem, Phenom People, and AI-enabled hiring platforms.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities using AI and workflow orchestration tools.
• Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to drive data-driven decisions.
• Provide production support, resolve issues, and identify root causes for system improvements.
• Maintain technical documentation including product requirements, process maps, test scripts, and training materials.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Human Resources, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on HRIS experience with HR SaaS-based systems.
• At least 3 years of Workday configuration experience, including at least 2 years specifically in Workday Recruiting.
• Strong functional expertise in the end-to-end recruiting process and knowledge of data privacy regulations like GDPR.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple terms for non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of emerging AI trends in HR technology and ability to identify automation opportunities.
• Workday certification in Recruiting (preferred).
• Experience with specific tools such as Paradox, Gem, HiredScore, or Workday Extend (preferred).
