Senior People Technology Analyst

What you'll do

• Lead the configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization of Workday Recruiting for assigned projects.
• Translate recruiting strategy into scalable technology solutions, including user stories, process flows, and business rules.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize enhancements for the recruiting technology ecosystem.
• Support and enhance third-party platforms including interview scheduling, CRM, and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities using AI and workflow orchestration tools.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Provide production support and issue resolution while identifying root causes for scalable improvements.
• Maintain documentation for product requirements, process maps, test scripts, and project plans.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Human Resources, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of hands-on HRIS experience, including experience with HR SaaS-based systems.
• 3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience with at least 2+ years of Workday Recruiting configuration experience.
• Strong functional expertise in end-to-end recruiting processes.
• Working knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Workday certification in Recruiting (preferred).
