What you'll do

Develop and optimize test strategies, setups, and processes for Satellite PCBAs at CM sites.
Perform PCBA debug and root cause analysis to resolve manufacturing issues.
Work with R&D teams to improve test systems, software, fixtures, and procedures.
Analyze data to identify failure trends and recommend improvements for tests and PCBAs.
Create detailed operating procedures and train operators on test processes.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Over 8 years of experience with complex test systems and equipment.
Strong debugging skills using standard electronic lab test equipment.
Ability to write detailed operating procedures for test stations.
Experience integrating software and hardware systems effectively.
Knowledge of Linux scripting and deployment/capacity planning.
Proven capability in training operators and providing ongoing support.
