What you'll do

Verify and validate the entire wireless system, including baseband modems, RF transceivers, and phased-array antennas.
Define test plans and procedures for lab, RF chamber, and on-orbit payload verification.
Integrate the end-to-end RF communications system and select components from internal and external suppliers.
Analyze and mitigate potential self-interference and other system interference issues.
Implement, validate, and optimize RF lab setups using antennas, measurement equipment, and prototype hardware.
Configure test equipment for automated operation, including satellite link emulators, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
Perform root-cause analysis for test failures and interpret results to troubleshoot technical issues.
Document test results, test coverage, and KPI metrics for developers and managers.

What we're looking for

Experience leading the design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure.
Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, or Rust.
Experience with Linux/Unix.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes.
Experience with distributed systems at scale (preferred).
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum due to export control laws.
