RF System Integration Engineer

What you'll do

• Execute integration and validation test plans for phased arrays, RF front-ends, and full communication chains.
• Operate test equipment and Linux-based control systems using command-line tools and scripts.
• Build, configure, and maintain RF and system test setups including cabling, fixtures, and motion systems.
• Perform root-cause analysis of failures across RF, digital, and mechanical domains to provide technical summaries.
• Design and refine hardware fixtures and mounts for repeatable measurements in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Maintain documented test procedures, checklists, and configuration control to ensure reproducible results.
• Support environmental and qualification testing including thermal, vibration, and EMI/EMC testing.
• Provide feedback to automation engineers to improve the robustness of automated test flows.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status for export control compliance.
• At least 4 years of experience in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience with prototyping and implementation is required.
• At least 4 years of antenna design experience related to 3G/4G technologies, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth products is required.
• Proficiency with Linux command line tools and scripting languages such as Python, Matlab, or Bash is required.
• Knowledge of SolidWorks simulation or Ansys Finite Element analysis tools is preferred.
• Experience in the design of complex mechanical products and equipment at volume is preferred.
• Knowledge of antenna fundamentals, radiation theory, and EM simulation experience is preferred.
