RF System Integration Engineer

What you'll do

• Execute integration and validation test plans for phased arrays, RF front-ends, and full communication chains.
• Operate test equipment and Linux-based control systems using command-line tools and scripts.
• Build, configure, and maintain RF test setups including cabling, fixtures, and motion systems.
• Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for test failures across RF, digital, and mechanical domains.
• Design and refine mechanical fixtures and mounts for repeatable measurements with engineering teams.
• Maintain test procedures, checklists, and configuration control to ensure reproducible results.
• Assist with environmental and qualification testing such as thermal, vibe, and EMI/EMC.
• Provide feedback to development teams to improve the robustness of automated test flows.

What we're looking for

• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum.
• 4+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in antenna design related to 3G/4G technologies, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth products.
• Experience with prototyping and implementation.
• Knowledge of SolidWorks simulation or Ansys Finite Element analysis tools (preferred).
• Experience in the design of complex mechanical products and equipment at volume (preferred).
• Knowledge of antenna fundamental and radiation theory EM simulation experience (preferred).
• Export control laws and regulations, candidates.
