Senior Manager, Business Operations Management

What you'll do

• Manage the annual alignment and maintenance of the strategic growth product list between Product Groups and BDSO.
• Lead weekly meetings to manage demand forecasts, float creation, and allocation for strategic products.
• Publish weekly performance dashboards regarding product changes and float management for internal partners.
• Oversee float management operations to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to corporate policies.
• Monitor NSR cycle times and implement corrective action plans to meet established KPI targets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating BCP and PCN execution plans to minimize customer impact.
• Track performance against key operational metrics and provide risk visibility to the RSO team.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience, Master's with 7 years, PhD with 5 years, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Sales Operations, Product Group, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Experience in a semi-cap equipment market intelligence environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management skills with a sense of ownership and accountability.
• Proven track record of delivering to commitments in complex, high-mix, low-volume environments.
• Understanding of change management, risk assessment, and Lam products.
• Experience driving cross-functional execution across operations and product group teams.
