The Sr Manager, Operations Technology leads business-facing technology strategy and delivery for USRD. Create executive updates linking technology delivery to business outcomes, risks, costs, and priorities.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
Advanced degree in a related field (preferred).
Typically 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in technology delivery, business applications, product or portfolio management, data and analytics, or related work.
Demonstrated experience leading technology teams, developing talent, and delivering through influence in a highly cross-functional environment.
Strong product, portfolio, project, and change-management capabilities to move work from ambiguous business needs to implemented solutions.
Working knowledge of modern application delivery, data integration, APIs, relational data, security, testing, deployment, and lifecycle support.
Experience with business workflow and analytics platforms such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Alteryx, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
Experience in restaurant development, real estate, construction, finance, or another asset-intensive business environment (preferred).
