What you'll do

Manage and support technology-enabled operational programs from initial definition through final execution.
Translate business requirements into technical and operational needs to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Analyze large datasets using SQL and visualization tools to identify trends and develop actionable insights.
Configure, monitor, and optimize operational systems including store mappings and geographic coverage.
Manage multiple complex initiatives by establishing goals, milestones, and tracking performance metrics.
Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate resolutions across Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams.
Identify risks and dependencies while solving ambiguous problems in an evolving environment.

What we're looking for

Obtain a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 years of experience in project or program management.
Alternatively, possess 5 years of experience in project management, program management, or program operations.
Manage and support technology-enabled operational programs from definition through execution.
Translate business requirements into operational and technical needs to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights to support operational decisions.
Support the configuration, monitoring, and optimization of operational systems and location-based fulfillment configurations.
Manage multiple initiatives, establish milestones, identify risks, and coordinate resolutions across cross-functional partners.
Experience with SQL, reporting/visualization tools, or similar analytical capabilities (preferred).
