What you'll do

Lead the planning and execution of complex technology programs aligned with strategic business objectives.
Track project milestones, risks, blockers, dependencies, and launch readiness for identity goals.
Develop and implement technology strategies to support business needs and drive operational efficiency.
Monitor initiative performance using key metrics to identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
Translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions and compelling business cases.
Maintain current documentation in Confluence regarding fraud requirements and operating procedures.
Influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive decisions and foster collaboration.

What we're looking for

Obtain a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of experience in project or program management.
Alternatively, possess 7 years of experience in project or program management and 2 years of supervisory experience.
Master's degree in a related field and 4 years of experience in project or program management (preferred).
Extensive experience in technology and business operations, identity fraud and risk, and eCommerce.
Strong knowledge of technology strategies and their application to business operations and technology solutions.
Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management, relationship building, and influencing cross-functional teams.
Skilled in working with data, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics partners to understand fraud trends.
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
