Senior Implementation Engineer

What you'll do

• Implement Q2 eBanking Solutions to align with specific customer business requirements.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and direct configuration duties.
• Develop and perform quality assurance checkpoints to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Develop and lead training and execution plans to own the team's business results.
• Provide Level 2 and 3 technical support to other team members.
• Create and implement tools that increase quality, security, and productivity.
• Track implementation status and provide regular updates regarding the overall process.
• Ensure all security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy policies are strictly followed.

What we're looking for

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Typically requires 8+ years of experience.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
• Must be fluent in written and oral English.
• Requires strong MS SQL skills, including understanding of DB Design and TSQL query language for enterprise software.
• Requires operating system, hardware configuration, and network troubleshooting skills.
• Requires configuration and deployment experience with Web Services.
• Experience with Python and other scripting languages is required.
• Data migration experience is a plus (preferred).
• VMware experience is valuable (preferred).
• Some knowledge of HTML is helpful (preferred).
• Familiarity with iOS and Android mobile application platforms is helpful (preferred).
• Financial Services and Enterprise Software experience is beneficial (preferred).
