What you'll do

  • Translate business requirements into technical configuration and integration plans for clients.
  • Design, build, and test connections between Centrix solutions and external third-party applications.
  • Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot client environments within Azure-hosted architecture.
  • Perform hands-on configuration and technical tasks required for each client implementation.
  • Manage and update cases in Salesforce to keep internal and external stakeholders informed.
  • Solve routine and complex technical issues independently to unblock client work.
  • Create tools, scripts, or process improvements to increase quality and delivery speed.
  • Track and report on implementation status against project timelines and scope.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience.
  • Experience with Azure architecture and troubleshooting cloud-hosted environments.
  • Working experience with Salesforce, particularly case management.
  • Understanding of DB Design and TSQL query language for enterprise software configuration and debugging.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.
