Senior HR Manager, Data Center Operations

What you'll do

• Provide strategic HR guidance to datacenter leadership regarding organizational culture, workforce trends, and risk mitigation.
• Develop and execute people strategies that foster an inclusive and engaging work environment for onsite employees.
• Lead labor relations activities and manage union grievance processes to maintain productive labor-management relationships.
• Design and implement manager capability-building initiatives tailored to the unique needs of 24/7 datacenter operations.
• Manage crisis management and business continuity strategies, including emergency response and workforce support during critical incidents.
• Partner with talent acquisition teams to manage workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding efforts.
• Build and maintain relationships with local community partners and schools to strengthen talent pipelines.
• Ensure all HR programs and practices comply with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Legal, Business, Psychology, or related field and 7+ years of HR experience.
• 3+ years of experience in large-scale (500+ employees), frontline, or operational environments.
• Master's Degree in Human Resources, Legal, Business, Psychology, or related field (preferred).
• Human Resources Professional Certification such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM (preferred).
• Experience working in a production, mission-critical 24/7 environment (preferred).
• Experience managing the union grievance process including working with representatives and arbitration preparation (preferred).
• General knowledge of employment and labor laws in the US (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, manage confidential information, and facilitate change management initiatives (preferred).
