What you'll do

Operate and maintain all mechanical, electrical, and building infrastructure to ensure 100% uptime for mission-critical data center systems.
Perform installation, repair, and maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing equipment both inside and outside the building.
Monitor building system performance and conduct routine assessments of critical infrastructure components.
Execute tests, rounds, and data analysis to ensure all assigned equipment functions correctly.
Oversee vendors and contractors during annual preventative maintenance and specialized repairs.
Troubleshoot alarms and resolve technical problems across fire safety, environmental control, and digital systems.
Maintain accurate record drawings by collaborating with design professionals and project management teams.
Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule to respond to service emergencies and infrastructure issues.

What we're looking for

High School diploma or GED equivalent, technical training, or degree.
Desired 5 years or more of related work experience in a technical, electrical, and/or mechanical field.
Ability to interpret design and construction documents for critical sites and systems.
Proficiency in basic computer applications including MS Office and email.
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills for internal and external customers.
Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire safety, and digital infrastructure.
Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
