What you'll do

Define and lead the global training strategy for OCI data center operations, facilities, and site support functions.
Build and govern role-based training paths for technicians, engineers, managers, and deployment teams.
Lead a distributed organization of program managers, instructional designers, and technical experts to deliver scalable learning.
Establish qualification standards for technical operations, emergency response, safety, and maintenance execution.
Develop curricula, labs, simulations, and train-the-trainer models to ensure workforce readiness.
Create training governance frameworks including dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting for operational readiness.
Drive training readiness for new site launches, expansions, and critical remediation programs.
Oversee vendor and third-party training quality for technical instruction and certification.

What we're looking for

Must have 15+ years of experience in technical training, data center operations, mission-critical facilities, or related fields.
Must have 7+ years of people leadership experience managing managers and distributed teams.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, education, organizational development, facilities management, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience building enterprise training programs for hyperscale data centers, utilities, industrial operations, or high-reliability environments.
Strong understanding of data center electrical, mechanical, controls, safety, maintenance, and emergency response workflows.
Ability to develop operating models, governance mechanisms, dashboards, and executive-ready reporting.
Experience with learning management systems, qualification tracking, and workforce analytics (preferred).
Relevant certifications such as ATD, CPTD, PMP, Six Sigma, OSHA, NFPA, NETA, or CMRP (preferred).
