Senior Manager, Data Center Construction

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end construction lifecycle for large-scale, mission-critical data center campuses and infrastructure.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams including engineers, superintendents, and field personnel to ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Oversee MEPF procurement, including vendor selection, contract negotiations, and the review of submittals and shop drawings.
• Coordinate design efforts between engineers, contractors, and vendors to resolve conflicts and integrate all infrastructure elements.
• Direct site development activities including grading, utility installation, stormwater management, and civil works.
• Manage project financials by overseeing budgets, cost controls, and the administration of change orders.
• Execute complex commissioning activities including startup, energization, and integrated testing for phased turnover requirements.
• Implement Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) processes to manage trade modeling, clash detection, and site logistics.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10 years of post-baccalaureate experience in construction management or a related occupation.
• Experience managing the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale, mission-critical data center campuses and greenfield developments.
• Expertise in MEPF procurement, including vendor selection, bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and submittal reviews.
• Proficiency in Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) implementation, including trade modeling and clash detection.
• Experience managing project financials, including budget management, forecasting, cost controls, and change orders.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, superintendents, and field personnel.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
