Regional Data Center Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day infrastructure operations and maintenance for computer rooms and critical infrastructure areas.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the supplier team and data center operations for technical issues.
• Manage the data center program to ensure 100% uptime and compliance with service level agreements.
• Develop and manage complex utility, electrical, and mechanical switching scripts including MOPs, EOPs, and SOPs.
• Oversee the maintenance team and manage vendor contracts for services like janitorial, landscaping, and fire systems.
• Manage the operations budget by tracking expenses for labor, third-party spend, and corporate real estate services.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental audits.
• Perform human resources functions including hiring, training, onboarding, and performance evaluations for mission-critical staff.

What we're looking for

• High School diploma, GED equivalent, or technical training/degree.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid state driver's license and ability to perform vehicle safety inspections.
• Technical knowledge of critical environments including HVAC, emergency power, UPS, and infrastructure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email applications.
• Experience in facilities operations, maintenance, and engineering management (preferred).
• Operating Engineer or other applicable licenses and Universal CFC’s license (preferred).
• Systems Maintenance Administrator, Facility Management Administrator, Real Property Administrator, or equivalent (preferred).
