What you'll do

Lead daily construction execution for assigned buildings, systems, and trade scopes.
Coordinate general contractors, subcontractors, and trade partners to ensure project progress.
Monitor field productivity, manpower, and workface readiness against approved schedules.
Identify and resolve field issues, trade conflicts, and execution constraints.
Enforce onsite safety expectations through visible leadership and active site presence.
Verify installation quality and manage punch-list items for turnover readiness.
Provide accurate daily reports on progress, issue logs, and milestone updates.
Coach and mentor Construction Managers to ensure consistent field execution practices.

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience managing construction execution on large-scale, complex projects.
2+ years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports.
Experience in data centers, mission-critical facilities, industrial construction, or other technical construction environments.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and turnover documentation.
Proven ability to coordinate contractors, subcontractors, trade partners, and owner-side stakeholders.
Ability to work primarily onsite with approximately 85-95% field/site engagement.
Experience delivering hyperscale data centers or cloud infrastructure projects (preferred).
Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-SP, CCP, PSP, or Lean Six Sigma (preferred).
