As a Sr. GTM Engineer, Outbound, you will join the team to build AI agents, automations, and integrations designed to accelerate prospecting, sharpen targeting, and surface critical deal signals for SDR and AE organizations. You will develop tools to automate account research, design sequencing intelligence workflows, and mine call recordings for risk flags or buying signals. Your role involves managing the outbound stack by integrating platforms like Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, Chorus, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Clearbit. To succeed, you must possess expertise in prompt architecture, orchestration platforms like n8n or Make, and proficiency in SQL, Python, or JavaScript. You will also build evaluation frameworks for AI systems to ensure quality. This role solves the challenge of manual sales workflows by creating scalable, automated systems within a B2B enterprise SaaS environment.
Build AI agents to automate account research, list building, and personalized outreach at scale.
Design sequencing intelligence workflows to optimize send times, cadence steps, and messaging based on engagement data.
Develop agents to mine call recordings and CRM activity for deal signals and next-best-action recommendations.
Integrate the outbound tech stack including sales engagement platforms, conversation intelligence tools, and CRM systems.
Create automations to improve pipeline hygiene by flagging stale deals and forecasting risks.
Build evaluation frameworks to measure the quality of AI-generated outreach and call summaries against human baselines.
Establish guardrails and human-in-the-loop review processes for all rep-facing or customer-facing automated outputs.
Coach sales teams on AI tools while creating playbooks and reusable templates for internal use.
What we're looking for
Must have 6 or more years of experience in sales development, sales operations, revenue operations, or systems/solutions engineering.
Must have hands-on experience building automation or AI into outbound or sales workflows.
Must have demonstrated experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents that improved pipeline or cycle-time outcomes.
Must be fluent with the outbound stack including Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, Chorus, Salesforce, Clari, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Must possess strong prompt architecture skills and experience with orchestration platforms like n8n or Make and API/MCP integrations.
Must have working proficiency in at least one of SQL, Python, or JavaScript to build tools and workflows.
Experience building evaluation frameworks for AI systems, fine-tuning models, and familiarity with forecasting methodologies is preferred.
A B2B or enterprise SaaS background and comfort coaching non-technical teammates through AI adoption are preferred.
