What you'll do

  • Audit the current sales process to identify automation opportunities and build a prioritized roadmap.
  • Build seamless integrations between prospecting agents and adjacent tools for no-touch workflows.
  • Lead evaluation, implementation, and optimization of call intelligence tools for conversation analysis.
  • Develop a 3rd-party data integration roadmap to pull external signals into the revenue stack.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM AI Engineering
  • Experience implementing and optimizing third-party tools for sales automation
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery)
  • Proven ability to build integrations between CRM, enablement tools, and reporting platforms
  • Ownership of win/loss analysis program including data capture, reporting, and synthesis
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS or fintech environments with complex sales motions
