Senior GTM Engineer, Inbound

What you'll do

• Build automations to route, score, and respond to inbound leads in minutes.
• Design and deploy AI agents for chat, form follow-ups, and lead qualification.
• Integrate website personalization, dynamic forms, and content recommendations based on visitor intent.
• Manage the lead lifecycle stack by integrating CRM, marketing automation, and intent data.
• Automate content production, on-page SEO optimization, and performance tracking workflows.
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure lead-scoring accuracy and chat agent quality.
• Implement human-in-the-loop reviews, logging, and rollback paths for customer-facing outputs.
• Create playbooks and reusable templates to coach marketing teams on AI adoption.

What we're looking for

• 6 or more years of experience across growth/GTM marketing, marketing/revenue operations, systems, or solutions engineering.
• Demonstrated experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents and agentic workflows for real work.
• Fluency with the modern GTM stack, including CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, outreach, and analytics.
• Strong prompt architecture skills and practical experience with agent frameworks, orchestration platforms, and API/MCP integrations.
• Working proficiency in at least one of SQL, Python, or JavaScript to build tools, integrations, and workflows.
• Experience building evaluation frameworks for AI systems is preferred.
• Practical experience fine-tuning or heavily customizing models for production use cases is preferred.
• B2B and enterprise SaaS background with familiarity with brand-safety and compliance constraints is preferred.
