What you'll do

Architect and code high-performance backend services and machine learning pipelines.
Build 0-to-1 internal products using LLMs and Agentic AI to automate sales processes.
Develop RAG pipelines and integrate AI services into the existing tech stack.
Create backend connections between quoting engines, Salesforce, and internal data lakes.
Solve complex synchronization and architectural challenges across the Go-To-Market stack.
Build decoupled backend systems that can adapt to evolving AI strategies.
Implement deep observability and performance monitoring for all shipped services.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Extensive experience in backend languages including Java, Go, or Python.
Track record of building complex, distributed systems.
Practical, hands-on experience building LLM agents in a production environment.
Ability to implement event-driven architectures and manage data flow across disparate systems.
Experience building internal Sales Tech or Fintech tools that impact revenue (preferred).
Familiarity with AWS data services such as SageMaker, Lambda, and SQS (preferred).
Passion for removing human-in-the-loop friction through intelligent automation (preferred).
