Staff Software Engineer, GTM & AI Strategy

What you'll do

• Architect and code high-performance backend services and ML pipelines.
• Build 0-to-1 internal products using LLMs and Agentic AI to automate sales processes.
• Develop backend integrations between the quoting engine, Salesforce, and internal data lakes.
• Productionize agentic workflows and RAG pipelines to eliminate friction in the GTM stack.
• Solve complex synchronization and architectural challenges to ensure scalable and resilient systems.
• Build deep observability into every service to ensure the reliability of GTM tools.
• Design flexible, decoupled backend systems that can evolve with the company's AI strategy.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Extensive experience in backend languages including Java, Go, and Python.
• Track record of building complex, distributed systems.
• Practical, hands-on experience building LLM agents in a production environment.
• Ability to implement event-driven architectures and manage data flow across disparate systems.
• Experience building internal Sales Tech or Fintech tools that directly impact revenue (preferred).
• Familiarity with AWS data services such as SageMaker, Lambda, and SQS (preferred).
• Passion for removing human-in-the-loop friction through intelligent automation (preferred).
