Sr. Global Supply Manager, Datacenter Memory and Storage (Starlink) joins the SpaceXAI team to manage end-to-end sourcing strategy, supplier management, and delivery of advanced datacenter memory and storage solutions. This role involves partnering with silicon architects and engineers to define commodity strategies, build multi-year technology roadmaps, and maintain approved vendor lists for HBM, DDR5, server DRAM, and enterprise SSDs. The manager will negotiate high-value agreements, manage inventory across the supply chain, perform should-cost analysis, and oversee capacity planning to ensure reliable delivery at high speeds. Key technical competencies include deep knowledge of memory architectures like LPDDR and NVMe, as well as experience in semiconductor procurement and hyperscale infrastructure. This position addresses critical challenges within a competitive AI infrastructure program by securing massive-scale supply and optimizing for cost, quality, and resilience in volatile markets.
Define commodity strategies and multi-year technology roadmaps for HBM, DDR5, and enterprise storage solutions.
Manage the approved vendor list and oversee supplier qualification and performance management.
Negotiate high-value agreements to secure competitive pricing, volume commitments, and preferential allocation.
Orchestrate demand forecasting and inventory allocation across multiple internal programs.
Mitigate supply chain risks and implement plans to protect production schedules.

What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in business, supply chain, or engineering, or 12+ years of experience without a degree.
7+ years of experience in global supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or commodity management for semiconductors, memory, storage, or datacenter infrastructure.
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee to meet ITAR requirements.
Deep technical understanding of datacenter memory architectures and enterprise storage (preferred).
Experience in high-growth technology or hyperscale environments with responsibility for large-scale memory/storage sourcing (preferred).
Experience at hyperscalers, memory/storage OEMs, AI infrastructure companies, or semiconductor supply organizations (preferred).
