Global Supply Manager, Datacenter Switches and Optics (Starlink)

What you'll do

• Define and co-create commodity strategy, roadmaps, and vendor lists with engineering teams.
• Own global sourcing for datacenter switches and optics, ensuring dual/multi-sourcing strategies.
• Negotiate high-impact agreements to secure supply during industry shortages and ensure priority allocation.
• Deploy predictive analytics tools to mitigate risks and optimize supply chain resilience.
• Drive continuous cost leadership through value engineering and long-term pricing agreements.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in global supply chain, procurement, or sourcing with a focus on hardware, semiconductors, networking, or datacenter infrastructure.
• Technical understanding of datacenter networking architectures, ethernet switches, optical transceivers, and high-speed interconnects.
• Proven success delivering results in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments with aggressive timelines.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience working at hyperscalers, networking OEMs, AI infrastructure companies, or semiconductor supply organizations.
• Familiarity with commodity management, roadmap planning, vendor development, and approved vendor list processes.
