Global Supply Manager, Datacenter Switches and Optics (Starlink)

What you'll do

• Define and co-define commodity strategy with engineering teams.
• Own global sourcing, including supplier qualification and performance management.
• Negotiate high-impact agreements for pricing, volume, and priority allocation.
• Deploy predictive analytics to mitigate supply chain risks proactively.
• Drive continuous cost leadership through value engineering and should-cost modeling.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience in global supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or commodity management with a focus on hardware, semiconductors, networking, or datacenter infrastructure.
• Technical understanding of datacenter networking architectures, ethernet switches, optical transceivers, and high-speed interconnects.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments or hyperscale companies.
• Previous experience at hyperscalers, networking OEMs, AI infrastructure companies, or semiconductor supply organizations.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated success delivering results in ambiguous, high-velocity environments with aggressive timelines.
