What you'll do

Deliver MCP servers and agentic AI solutions by managing requirements, interdependencies, and cross-functional engineering partnerships.
Define a common GenAI adoption strategy and translate it into a roadmap with clear KPIs for leadership.
Scan and identify high-signal opportunities in emerging GenAI developments to inform company-wide investments.
Establish shared standards for GenAI solutions to ensure safe and effective use across the organization.
Reduce friction for employees by providing access to best-in-class tools, plugins, and workflows.
Act as a connector between disparate GenAI communities to ensure balanced representation in product direction.
Create centralized discovery and learning experiences for GenAI through feedback loops and user groups.
Distill complex technical programs into clear narratives and progress reports for senior leadership.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience leading large transformational programs or technical initiatives.
Proven track record of driving complex, cross-functional programs at enterprise scale.
Demonstrated experience with GenAI, LLM-based workflows, or agentic systems in an enterprise context.
BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Information Management, a technical field, or equivalent experience.
Hands-on familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP), agent frameworks, or GenAI developer tooling.
Experience with portfolio management and managing interdependencies across multiple engineering tracks.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to tailor technical concepts for various audiences.
Experience leading cross-organizational initiatives using diplomacy and coalition-building rather than direct authority.
