What we're looking for

  • 8+ years leading large transformational programs or technical initiatives at enterprise scale
  • Proven experience driving complex, cross-functional programs in an enterprise environment
  • Demonstrated expertise with Generative AI (GenAI), LLM-based workflows, and agentic systems
  • BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related technical field
  • Hands-on familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and GenAI developer tooling
  • Strong communication skills to tailor technical concepts for various audiences from contributors to executives
