Engineering Program Manager

What you'll do

• Manage the execution plan for insights generation and data operations workstreams, including timelines, priorities, and risks.
• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery cycle from gathering business requirements to post-launch monitoring.
• Establish repeatable operating processes for requesting, building, validating, and releasing data insights.
• Track and unblock dependencies across data sources, pipelines, semantic layers, and AI-generated outputs.
• Ensure launch readiness by verifying data quality, business logic, documentation, and support plans.
• Communicate status, risks, and technical trade-offs clearly to engineering leads and senior leadership.
• Translate complex business needs into actionable execution plans for cross-functional technical teams.

What we're looking for

• Must have 8+ years of experience in engineering program management, data program management, analytics operations, or related roles.
• Must have hands-on experience in data science or data engineering involving shipped pipelines, models, or production analytics.
• Must possess a B.S. degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be able to manage cross-functional programs including roadmap tracking, milestone management, and risk management.
• Must have strong knowledge of data operations workflows such as ingestion, quality checks, and business logic validation.
• Must have experience with AI-enabled analytics, LLM-generated summaries, and human-in-the-loop validation.
• Must possess strong communication skills to explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• An advanced degree in a quantitative or technical field is preferred.
