Senior Engineering Program Manager, AIML Foundation Models

What you'll do

• Define and drive the master plan, strategic roadmap, and goals for ambitious foundation model programs.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable communications for executive leadership.
• Architect multi-year technical program plans covering data pipelines, distributed training, and on-device optimization.
• Identify and mitigate technical and program risks to ensure successful product ship commitments.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale machine learning models from development to deployment.
• Lead cross-functional negotiations regarding trade-offs between model capabilities, hardware constraints, and user experience.
• Execute core strategies for data acquisition and model evaluation in alignment with privacy and legal standards.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in EE, CS, CE, or equivalent.
• 6+ years of experience in program management specifically regarding data acquisition of ML technologies.
• Experience with machine learning concepts and technical knowledge of building, evaluating, and releasing ML systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional security and privacy initiatives in collaboration with Legal and Privacy Engineering teams.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and distill complex technical requirements into a coherent long-term platform roadmap.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical information and draft deliverables for diverse audiences.
• Project management skills including structuring and managing multiple interdependent work streams.
• Preferred experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or hardware/software co-design for ML acceleration.
