Senior Engineering Program Manager, AIML Foundation Models

What you'll do

• Define and drive the master strategic roadmap for ambitious foundation model programs.
• Synthesize extreme technical complexity into clear, actionable communications for executive leadership.
• Architect multi-year technical plans with clear dependencies for data pipelines, distributed training, and on-device optimization.
• Identify and mitigate technical and program risks to protect ship commitments.
• Own the strategy and execution for foundational pillars like data acquisition and model evaluation.
• Partner with Privacy, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure data strategies align with corporate values.
• Frame and resolve complex trade-offs between model capabilities, hardware constraints, and user experience.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in EE/CS/CE or equivalent.
• 6+ years of experience in program management in the data acquisition of ML technologies.
• Experience with machine learning concepts, including building, evaluating, and release management processes for ML systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated skill in negotiating and distilling sophisticated technical requirements into a coherent long-term platform roadmap.
• Experience leading cross-functional security and privacy initiatives in collaboration with Legal and Privacy Engineering.
• Project management skills including project structuring and managing multiple interdependent work streams.
• Direct program management experience with Generative AI or Large Language Models (LLMs) (preferred).
