What we're looking for

  • 8+ years leading large transformational programs or technical initiatives at enterprise scale
  • Proven experience driving complex cross-functional projects in an enterprise environment
  • Demonstrated expertise with Generative AI, LLM-based workflows, or agentic systems
  • BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related technical field
  • Strong ability to communicate technical concepts effectively across all organizational levels
  • Experience building and managing internal communities and developer relations programs
  • Track record of partnering with Privacy, Security, and Design teams on standards implementation
