What you'll do

Prioritize and drive the delivery of MCP servers and agentic AI solutions across various engineering teams.

Scan and identify high-signal opportunities in emerging GenAI developments for company-wide investment.
Establish shared standards for GenAI tools to ensure safe and effective use by all employees.
Act as the connective tissue between different AI communities to align goals across various business units.
Create a centralized discovery and learning experience for GenAI with established feedback loops.
Distill complex, cross-organizational program data into clear narratives for senior leadership communication.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience leading large transformational programs or technical initiatives.
Proven track record of driving complex, cross-functional programs at enterprise scale.
Demonstrated experience with GenAI, LLM-based workflows, or agentic systems in an enterprise context.
BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Information Management, a technical field, or equivalent experience.
Hands-on familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP), agent frameworks, or GenAI developer tooling.
Experience with portfolio management and managing interdependencies across multiple engineering tracks.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to tailor technical concepts for various audiences.
Experience leading cross-organizational initiatives using diplomacy and coalition-building rather than direct authority.
