What you'll do

Oversee resource planning for engineering services and factory indirect labor based on production timelines.
Drive sample management, allocation workflows, and test tracking across engineering and supply chain teams.
Lead environmental compliance claims reporting to ensure accurate data across all product programs.
Develop and manage tools, data systems, and automated solutions to improve operational scalability.
Identify and implement AI/ML technologies to automate repetitive workflows and enhance reporting capabilities.

What we're looking for

Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a technical degree.
3+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or related functions in hardware product development.
Knowledge and hands-on experience with Apple New Product Process (ANPP) milestones.
Experience managing budgets, resource planning, and operational reporting.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities and tight timelines.
Proficiency in using data to inform decisions, improve processes, and drive accountability.
Demonstrated ability to build tools, dashboards, and systems that scale with organizational growth.
Strong communication skills to distill complex topics for executive stakeholders.
