The Sr Engineering Program Manager, Generative AI Experiences - Special Projects joins the Special projects organization to work closely with the Generative AI Experiences software team. What you'll do

Drive the development and integration of large, complex software systems.
Manage the end-to-end delivery of next-generation Generative AI software experiences.
Oversee machine learning pipelines, platforms, tools, and processes to deliver customer-facing products.
Lead cross-functional projects involving software, hardware, product, design, and QA teams.
Influence and drive consensus on organizational priorities and engineering focus areas.
Distill complex technical information into relevant updates for various audiences.
Maintain project timelines and deliverables while navigating high levels of ambiguity.

What we're looking for

Experience driving very large, complex software system development and integration.
At least 5-8 years combined experience in engineering and software project leadership delivering cross-functional projects across disciplines.
Strong full-stack technology foundation with experience delivering products spanning across functional disciplines.
Excellent track record of project management and meeting deliverables.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to win the confidence of highly skilled engineers.
Ability to influence and drive consensus on organizational priorities and engineering focus areas.
BS Computer Engineering, Computer Science degree or equivalent (preferred).
