The Engineering Program Manager joins the CX Engineering team to manage the platforms, automation, and knowledge capabilities powering global technical-support experiences. This role involves leading integrated delivery across a portfolio of approximately ten to twenty applications, including multiple related programs and product roadmaps. You will translate strategic priorities into multi-quarter program roadmaps while orchestrating execution across more than six Agile teams involving complex engineering domains. Key responsibilities include managing critical paths, budgets, resource trade-offs, and outcome metrics while coaching other program managers on repeatable delivery practices. The role requires expertise in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar iterative methodologies. Technical competencies include cloud services, APIs, data platforms, AI/ML, workflow automation, DevOps, security, compliance, and enterprise-support systems. You will solve complex problems by integrating AI and automation to improve engineer productivity and enhance customer and partner experiences.
Manage integrated delivery for a portfolio of 10–20 applications across multiple programs and product roadmaps.
Translate strategic priorities into multi-quarter program roadmaps with clear outcomes, sequencing, and investment requirements.
Orchestrate execution across more than six Agile teams spanning various engineering domains and functions.
Manage critical-path items, including portfolio risks, budgets, resource trade-offs, and outcome metrics.
Provide executive decision support by translating complex technical data into concise recommendations.
Coach other program managers and establish repeatable delivery practices to improve predictability and quality.
Drive the integration of AI and automation capabilities into engineering workflows and service delivery processes.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related experience or Master's degree with 4+ years of related experience.
5+ years of experience leading software, platform, or technical-program delivery using Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar methodologies.
Experience managing integrated roadmaps, critical paths, cross-team dependencies, risks, budgets, and resources across multiple releases.
Experience delivering enterprise software or platform programs involving more than six Agile teams or equivalent complexity.
Technical experience in at least two domains such as cloud services, APIs, data platforms, AI/ML, workflow automation, DevOps, or security.
Experience with technical-support operations, service-delivery platforms, case management, knowledge management, or engineering workflow tools (preferred).
Experience applying AI, automation, or agentic AI to program management or operational processes (preferred).
Relevant professional certifications such as PgMP, PMP, PMI-CPMAI, SAFe, Scrum, ITIL, or others (preferred).
