Senior Director, Senior IT Solution Architect

What you'll do

• Analyze complex requirements to convert end-user needs into technical solutions.
• Audit system designs and technology constraints against compliance requirements.
• Oversee the development of key capabilities and performance requirements for system architectures.
• Approve technical specifications and standards for layered and multidimensional models.
• Deliver integrated solutions across multiple platforms, operating systems, and enterprise applications.
• Design and implement the overall architecture blueprint to support mission needs.
• Integrate AI capabilities, machine learning, and GenAI into the existing ecosystem.
• Assess emerging technologies to drive digital transformation initiatives.

What we're looking for

• A university degree is preferred.
• 8 to 10 years of total work experience is required or preferred.
• At least 8 years of software development experience is required.
• At least 5 years of architecture experience is required.
• Experience connecting AI capabilities into existing ecosystems, including GenAI, machine learning, and AI agents.
• Expertise in enterprise integration, APIs, cloud technologies, and system architecture.
• Experience with responsible AI, use case prioritization, and driving digital transformation initiatives.
• Proficiency in skills such as containerization, DevOps, and the software development life cycle.
