What you'll do

  • Design end-to-end application and solution architectures aligned with business and digital experience needs.
  • Lead the architecture and implementation of Adobe Experience Cloud platforms, specifically AEM.
  • Define and implement design systems architecture including reusable UI components and design tokens.
  • Architect component-based and headless solutions integrating AEM with modern front-end technologies like React.
  • Establish scalable integration patterns using APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
  • Provide technical leadership and hands-on guidance to development teams through architecture reviews and mentoring.
  • Ensure all solutions meet strict requirements for performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Martech ecosystems and digital marketing platforms.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of IT experience with a strong focus on application/solution architecture.
  • Proven experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, including required experience with AEM and AEM as a Cloud Service.
  • Strong expertise in design systems and component-based architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms, Data & customer 360, and integrations/APIs.
  • Solid experience with API design, microservices, and integration architectures.
  • Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree.
