What you'll do

Design and architect scalable, performant applications and infrastructure for large software projects using MongoDB.
Guide customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies while communicating the business value of the platform.
Lead technical discovery, product demonstrations, proof of value exercises, and technical documentation to win deals.
Partner with sales teams to develop account plans, prioritize opportunities, and generate pipeline growth.
Proactively generate demand through self-driven technical initiatives and participation in industry trade shows.
Advise customers on transforming legacy systems into modern, scalable, and efficient technology stacks.
Mentor other team members and relay field feedback to the product team to improve MongoDB solutions.

What we're looking for

Must have 8 to 11 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Must have 5 to 7 years of experience in pre-sales with enterprise software.
Must have at least 3 years of professional experience with modern or popular programming languages like Python, Node.js, SQL, C/C++, Java, or C#.
Must have experience designing scalable and highly available distributed systems in the cloud and on-premise.
Must possess excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills to convey complex technical concepts to leadership.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
