What you'll do

Lead technical aspects of multiple client implementations and project engagements.
Conduct architectural overviews to propose Alloy product solutions for clients.
Serve as an expert advisor on data vendor integrations with Alloy’s products.
Independently run end-to-end testing to ensure successful client go-live.
Advocate for the evolution of Alloy’s products and drive client adoption.
Support development of technical documentation and FAQs for client needs.

What we're looking for

4+ years experience in implementing and supporting complex technical products.
Expertise in REST APIs and software development (Node.js, Python, React).
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on enterprise-level requirements.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities for diverse audiences.
Ability to build deep client understanding and guide them to successful outcomes.
Previous experience at Fintech startups or in KYC/Compliance is preferred.
