What you'll do

Design, develop, and implement high-performing, distributed multi-asset Order Management Systems.
Build core OMS infrastructure including workflow, configuration modules, communication, instrumentation, and real-time distribution.
Enhance automated build and deployment modules to integrate components into the Sales & Trading ecosystem.
Deliver low latency, high performance, and high capacity Core Java OMS components.
Support and enhance ETF trading workflows, including RFQ and Creation/Redemption lifecycle processes.
Oversee full-stack execution, including Web/React GUI workflows and KDB analytics for real-time monitoring.
Lead multiple technology implementations across workstreams to achieve specific business objectives.
Manage complex projects and large cross-product collaborations while driving consensus among stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
10+ years of applied experience in software engineering.
5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage and solve complex technical items.
Experience developing Java applications with hands-on coding.
Expert knowledge of data structures, synchronization, network protocols, multi-threaded programming, and object-oriented design.
Experience developing large-scale, high-availability distributed systems with linear scaling.
Proficiency with development toolsets including Gradle, Jules, and Dev-Ops.
Experience with Equities Order Management Systems and Market Structure.
