What you'll do

Partner with quant, trading, and risk stakeholders to implement AI-based decision-making capabilities for trading systems.
Implement intelligent observability and automated root-cause analysis to improve the resilience of trading platforms.
Ensure all technology solutions adhere to strict risk management, security, and regulatory compliance standards.
Drive the adoption of modern engineering practices including Agile, DevOps, cloud technologies, and automation.
Mentor and develop engineering talent by providing guidance on technical skills and leadership capabilities.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
15+ years of experience in software engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role managing large, distributed teams.
Proven track record of delivering complex trading or financial systems in a global banking environment.
Expertise in Java, Python, C++, distributed systems, cloud platforms, and microservices architecture.
Strong knowledge of risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements impacting trading technology.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Deep understanding of Treasury and CIO business functions, trade execution workflows, and financial markets (preferred).
