What you'll do

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
10+ years of applied experience in software engineering.
5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage and solve complex technical items.
Experience developing or leading large or cross-functional teams of technologists.
Demonstrated experience influencing across highly matrixed, complex organizations to deliver value at scale.
Experience leading multi-organization adoption of agentic AI-enabled engineering operating models and governance.
Deep understanding of responsible AI risk, controls, and resiliency/security expectations at scale.
Extensive practical cloud native experience.
