What you'll do

Drive cross-domain reuse and capacity gains using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools.
Lead the adoption of agentic AI operating models while defining governance and measurement frameworks.
Advise senior leadership on responsible AI risk, controls, and secure portfolio governance.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
10+ years of applied experience in software engineering.
5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage and solve complex technical items within a domain of expertise.
Experience developing or leading large or cross-functional teams of technologists.
Demonstrated experience influencing across highly matrixed, complex organizations and delivering value at scale.
Experience leading complex projects supporting system design, testing, and operational stability.
Extensive practical cloud native experience.
Expertise in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
Experience leading multi-organization adoption of agentic AI-enabled engineering operating models including governance and measurement frameworks.
Deep understanding of responsible AI risk, controls, and resiliency/security expectations at scale.
Experience working at code level (preferred).
