What you'll do

Lead multiple technology and process implementations across departments to achieve firmwide objectives.
Manage multiple areas with a strategic transactional focus.
Scale multi-department strategies for agentic AI-enabled engineering and SDLC/TLM automation.
Establish guardrails for validation, security, resiliency, traceability, and reuse across delivery workflows.
Apply SDLC toolchain knowledge to drive cross-domain reuse and measurable capacity outcomes.
Provide high-level direction to employee populations across multiple platforms and lines of business.
Act as the primary interface with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive consensus on competing objectives.
Manage complex projects and large cross-product collaborations.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years of applied experience.
5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage, anticipate, and solve complex technical items.
Experience developing or leading large or cross-functional teams of technologists.
Demonstrated experience influencing across highly matrixed, complex organizations and delivering value at scale.
Experience leading multi-organization adoption of agentic AI-enabled engineering operating models and governance.
Deep understanding of responsible AI risk, controls, and resiliency/security expectations at scale.
Experience leading complex projects supporting system design, testing, and operational stability.
Extensive practical cloud native experience.
Understanding of Equity Derivative products (preferred).
Strong technical skill in object-based databases and experience development in Java, python or C++ (preferred).
