What you'll do

Lead multiple technology and process implementations to achieve firmwide technology objectives.
Manage multiple areas with a strategic transactional focus.
Set and scale multi-department strategies for agentic AI-enabled engineering and SDLC automation.
Establish guardrails for validation, security, resiliency, traceability, and reuse across delivery workflows.
Apply software development life cycle tools to drive cross-domain reuse and measurable capacity outcomes.
Provide high-level direction to teams across multiple platforms, divisions, and lines of business.
Act as the primary interface with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive consensus on competing objectives.
Manage complex projects and large cross-product collaborations across the business.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years of applied experience.
5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage and solve complex technical items within a domain of expertise.
Proven success delivering complex, multi-team programs at scale and on schedule.
Experience developing or leading large or cross-functional teams of technologists.
Deep expertise in API design, AWS cloud, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Kafka, large-scale databases, security, and QA automation.
Experience leading multi-organization adoption of agentic AI-enabled engineering operating models and responsible AI risk controls.
Experience with hiring, developing, and recognizing talent.
Mastery of modern delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and hands-on coding experience.
BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (preferred).
