Define and enforce multi-region cloud architecture patterns to improve availability and recovery objectives.
Establish resilience engineering programs including failure-mode testing, chaos engineering, and automated incident response.
Partner with security teams to strengthen cloud identity and access management practices.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 10+ years of applied experience.
5+ years of experience leading technologists to solve complex technical problems within your domain.
Experience developing, hiring, and recognizing talent for large, cross-functional teams of technologists.
Experience leading multi-organization adoption of agentic AI-enabled engineering operating models including governance and risk controls.
Extensive practical cloud-native experience building and operating services on AWS.
Strong experience with Kubernetes for designing scalable workloads, platform enablement, and production reliability.
Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code, specifically using Terraform for modularization and environment standardization.
Experience designing multi-region cloud architectures, secure identity/access controls (IAM), and modernizing CI/CD delivery pipelines.
