What you'll do

Lead multiple technology and process implementations across departments to achieve firmwide technology objectives.
Manage strategic transactional areas by balancing speed, risk, resiliency, and cost-to-serve outcomes.
Scale multi-department strategy for agentic AI-enabled engineering and SDLC/TLM automation.
Drive cloud-native platform modernization using Kubernetes and standardized deployment patterns.
Lead infrastructure-as-code adoption and portfolio standards using Terraform for compliant provisioning.
Define and enforce multi-region cloud architecture patterns to improve availability and recovery.
Establish resilience engineering programs including failure-mode testing and automated incident response.
Partner with security to strengthen cloud identity and access practices including AWS IAM design.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years of applied experience.
5+ years of experience leading technologists to solve complex technical problems within your domain.
Experience developing and leading large, cross-functional teams of technologists, including hiring and talent development.
Experience leading multi-organization adoption of agentic AI-enabled engineering operating models and governance.
Deep understanding of responsible AI risk, controls, and resiliency/security expectations at scale.
Extensive practical cloud-native experience, including building and operating services on AWS.
Strong experience with Kubernetes for designing scalable workloads, platform enablement, and production reliability.
Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code, especially Terraform, including modularization and policy guardrails.
