What you'll do

Lead the expansion of the reusable components portfolio from flagship frameworks to a broad enterprise suite.

Act as the primary interface with senior leaders and executives to drive consensus on competing objectives.
Manage complex projects and large cross-product collaborations involving multiple stakeholders.
Influence peer leaders and stakeholders across business, product, and technology teams to drive adoption of technical methods.

What we're looking for

Experience developing or leading large or cross-functional teams of technologists.
Demonstrated experience influencing across highly matrixed, complex organizations and delivering value at scale.
Experience leading complex projects supporting system design, testing, and operational stability.
Experience with hiring, developing, and recognizing talent.
Extensive practical cloud-native experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging stakeholders, customers, and executives.
Experience working at code level (preferred).
Experience leading global teams (preferred).
