Senior Principal Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Lead the strategy and development of multiple components and technologies across the reusable-components portfolio.
• Create novel code solutions and production-code capabilities that scale across the entire enterprise.
• Translate complex technical issues and AI trends into strategic technology investment decisions for leadership.
• Drive the adoption of technical methods and uphold platform quality standards across the organization.
• Build durable, reusable software frameworks that are secure, resilient, observable, and agent-consumable by default.
• Influence business, product, and technology teams while managing senior stakeholder relationships.

What we're looking for

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years of applied experience.
• Practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Expert in one or more programming languages.
• Demonstrated prior experience influencing across functions and teams and delivering value at scale.
• Experience applying expertise and new methods to determine solutions for complex technology problems across various technical disciplines.
• Extensive practical cloud-native experience.
• Recognized technical authority on developer platforms, SDKs, or reusable frameworks adopted at enterprise scale (preferred).
• Deep expertise in agent-native architecture, LLM tooling, and AI-assisted engineering (preferred).
