What you'll do

Lead a 24x7 team of operating engineers to maintain critical data center infrastructure.
Assess facility systems and processes continuously to prevent unplanned outages.
Manage the annual preventive maintenance schedule and coordinate third-party vendor work orders.
Recruit, train, and mentor technical staff to ensure high-level operational capabilities.
Oversee the general condition of the facility, including tool rooms and spare parts inventory.
Develop annual OPEX budgets and contribute to long-term CAPEX planning for infrastructure spend.
Ensure strict adherence to compliance documentation and safety procedures in a critical environment.

What we're looking for

Must have at least 15 years of relevant work experience in critical Data Centers.
Must have at least 3 years of experience in a senior supervisory role within a critical Data Center.
An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in an engineering or mechanical field is desirable.
Must be proficient in electrical systems, including UPS systems, generators, and electrical switchgear.
Must be proficient in mechanical systems, including chillers, building automation, and control systems.
Must be proficient in raised floor critical operating environments and associated best practices.
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, schematic drawings, and technical manuals.
