What you'll do

Oversee day-to-day data center facility operations and maintenance activities.
Supervise and mentor technical staff, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.
Monitor and analyze performance of critical power, cooling, and network infrastructure.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures for site equipment.
Participate in capacity planning and infrastructure upgrade projects.
Manage critical incidents and provide 24/7 after-hours support for electrical distribution systems.
Create root cause analyses (RCAs) and prepare technical reports for management and clients.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center operations and management.
Strong knowledge of power distribution, cooling systems, and network architecture.
Familiarity with industry standards such as ASHRAE, TIA, and Uptime Institute.
Proficiency in facility management software and building automation systems.
Valid certification in a relevant area such as CDCP or DCPRO.
Valid driver's license.
