What you'll do

Analyze consumer metrics like LTV, CAC, and churn rates using SQL and statistical methods.
Develop forecasting models for subscriber growth, revenue projections, and market penetration.
Create and maintain reporting dashboards to track KPIs for acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Conduct market research and price analysis to recommend optimizations for revenue and affordability.
Identify data gaps and work with engineering teams to improve data collection for consumer use cases.
Deliver presentations to stakeholders that translate technical findings into clear business recommendations.
Support ad-hoc research projects including regional market assessments and broadband adoption trends.

What we're looking for

5+ years of professional experience in business analytics, consulting, market research, or growth operations.
3+ years of experience with SQL and creating/managing dashboards using data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
1+ years of experience leading projects.
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, computer science, or a related quantitative field (preferred).
Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, window functions, and query optimization (preferred).
Proficiency in statistical modeling and forecasting techniques using Python or R (preferred).
U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
